LaurentScottCollection.com is the home base web site for the wholesale ordering and purchasing of the Laurent Scott Collection for retail establishments. This collection is affordable, unique, and an exciting new trend in designer fashion jewelry. We are always interested in receiving creative ideas for new designs and color ways that could be added to our Collections. We appreciate and respect any feedback from any of our retail establishments regarding our merchandise and customer service.


ESTABLISHING A RETAIL ACCOUNT
As a retailer interested in establishing an account to sell our exciting Laurent Scott Collection, you must email us with a request at sales@laurentscott.com. Please provide a resale tax number or FEIN number of your business and give us your city and state. You will be notified of our approval of your account shortly, and you will be given access to purchase on our wholesale site. If you wish to set up net 30 terms with us, please provide a credit sheet that lists a minimum of three firms that you have net 30 terms. Laurent Scott Collection also accepts all major credit cards and checks.


DAMAGES, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND WARRANTY
Please open your shipment and check that you have received the proper merchandise and check for any visible damage. In case of an unlikely event that the merchandise was damaged during shipping, please call or email sales@laurentscott.com and provide your order number and style number of the damaged items and a photo, if possible. We will decide whether we wish the merchandise returned for credit and ship you new merchandise or give your company a credit for future purchases. If you wish to return or exchange any merchandise, please email us at sales@laurentscott.com. with the style numbers and quantities of the items that you are sending back. We will offer you a credit on your next order or you may order from our web site and use your credit. We offer guaranteed sale of our Snap Jewel Collection. This means that you may return and exchange any unworn merchandise for new merchandise at any time. All returns must be returned in a padded envelope or box. We are not responsible for any missing shipments that are not insured or sent to us without a signature required. The shipping charges on exchanges are not refundable to you. We warrant our jewelry against defects and will stand behind our retailers. If you have a client that has any problem with our jewelry, please offer to replace or exchange the item. Laurent Scott Collection will credit your account for the damaged item.
